Blvck Luxe Transport Policy & Agreement

1. **Deposit Requirement:** A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

2. **No Smoking Policy:** Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.

3. **Alcohol & Substances:** No illegal substances are allowed at any time. Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers aged 21 or older and must comply with local laws.

4. **Damage Responsibility:** The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. Repair costs will be billed to the client.

5. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking fee, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

6. **Payment Terms:** The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the service.

7. **Conduct:** Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
